1. KYC Enforcement Policy

We use Digio (digio.in) as our third-party provider to verify your identity (KYC). By proceeding, you consent to sharing your details with Digio solely for verification.

1.1. Scope & Requirement

KYC (Know Your Customer) is mandatory for all customers (individuals and businesses) who purchase or use any service provided by Novahost (Legal Entity: Kuldeep Mahto). We accept Aadhaar as the only KYC document. KYC verification must be completed within 24 hours from the time of order.

1.2. Deadline & Enforcement

If KYC is not completed and approved within 24 hours, the service will be automatically suspended until verification is completed. KYC approval is required for refund eligibility.

2. Acceptable Use Policy

You must not use our website or Services in any way that causes damage, is unlawful, illegal, fraudulent, or harmful. We strictly prohibit content that promotes illegal activities, hacking, spamming, phishing, or distribution of malware (spyware, viruses, Trojan horses, worms, rootkits). Conduct of automated data collection (scraping, mining) without express consent is prohibited.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details. Novahost reserves the right to suspend or cancel your account at any time in our sole discretion without notice or explanation. You may cancel your account via the Client Area control panel.

4. Domain Registration

You must be at least 18 years old to register a domain. It is your responsibility to ensure that all WHOIS information is accurate. Domain registration fees are non-refundable once processed.

5. Product & Service Information

We aim to provide accurate descriptions and pricing on our website. However, we do not guarantee that information, including availability and pricing, is always accurate or current. We reserve the right to correct errors and update information without prior notice.

6. Limitation of Liability & Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, Novahost (Legal Entity: Kuldeep Mahto) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or Services. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Novahost and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the website or violation of these Terms.

This website is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the site will always be available, secure, or free from errors.

7. Cancellation & Refunds

Customers can cancel any service at any time via the client area. No refund will be provided if requested after 7 days of purchase. Managed Web/Shared Hosting is eligible for refunds subject to our Refund Policy. Termination for policy violations (SPAM, abuse, etc.) disqualifies users from refunds.

8. Storage & Backup Policy

Our hosting is for website files only; it cannot be used as a general storage, backup, or file-sharing solution. We do not provide data backups. It is your sole responsibility to maintain regular backups of your own data. Novahost is not liable for data loss under any circumstances.
