1. Prohibited Activities

• 1.1. Phishing: Hosting fake websites or pages that impersonate legitimate services for fraudulent purposes.
• 1.2. Spamming: Sending unsolicited bulk emails or promotional messages.
• 1.3. Hacking: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any system, network, or account.
• 1.4. Hosting Illegal Content: Including but not limited to pornography, hate speech, drugs, or counterfeit goods.
• 1.5. Copyright Infringement: Hosting or sharing pirated software, movies, music, or any content violating copyright laws.
• 1.6. Resource Abuse: Running CPU or memory intensive tasks that affect server performance for other users.
• 1.7. Distribution of Malware: Hosting, storing, or distributing viruses, trojans, ransomware, or malicious scripts.
• 1.8. Fraudulent or Deceptive Practices: Including fake investment sites, HYIP, multi-level marketing schemes, etc.
• 1.9. Cryptocurrency Mining: Use of services for mining cryptocurrency without prior authorization.
• 1.10. Illegal Activities: Any activity that violates applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations.

2. Enforcement and Consequences

Violations of this AUP may result in immediate suspension or termination of the client’s hosting account without prior notice. Kuldeep Mahto reserves the right to report any illegal activity to appropriate law enforcement authorities.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for the security and content of their own hosted websites and services. It is the client's duty to ensure compliance with this AUP. Clients must act promptly on any abuse or phishing reports and cooperate with Novahost in all such matters.

4. Changes to the Policy

Kuldeep Mahto reserves the right to modify this Acceptable Use Policy at any time. Updated policies will be posted on our website and shall become effective immediately upon posting.
