1. Overview (No Physical Goods)

Kuldeep Mahto provides digital services, including web hosting, domain registration, and related add-ons. We do not sell or ship any physical goods. Therefore, no physical shipping address is required, and no physical delivery will be made.

2. Digital Delivery Method

All our services are delivered electronically. Upon successful order placement and payment confirmation, your service will be provisioned automatically. All access details, including cPanel credentials, server IP, and nameservers, will be sent to your registered email address.

3. Delivery Timeframe

3.1 Instant Activation

For payments made via Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, UPI, or PayPal (where automatic provisioning is capable), services are typically activated instantly upon successful payment confirmation by our payment gateway. You will get immediate access to your hosting account.

3.2 Manual Activation (Bank Transfers)

If you choose to pay via direct Bank Transfer (NEFT/IMPS) or manual UPI payments directly to our bank account, your order will be delivered and activated manually once the funds are credited and verified in our account. This process usually takes 1 to 24 hours.

3.3 KYC Verification Delays

In accordance with our KYC Enforcement Policy, if your KYC is not completed or if it requires manual review, the delivery and activation of your service may be delayed until the KYC process is successfully completed and approved.

4. Delivery Issues & Non-Receipt

If you have completed your payment but have not received your account activation email within 10-15 minutes (for instant gateways):

• Please check your Spam/Junk email folder.
• Verify that the payment was successfully processed by your bank.
• Check if your KYC verification is pending.
• Log in to your Novahost Client Area to check the status of your order.
