This Shipping and Delivery Policy outlines how Novahost (Legal Entity: Kuldeep Mahto) delivers web hosting and related digital services to customers.
Kuldeep Mahto provides digital services, including web hosting, domain registration, and related add-ons. We do not sell or ship any physical goods. Therefore, no physical shipping address is required, and no physical delivery will be made.
All our services are delivered electronically. Upon successful order placement and payment confirmation, your service will be provisioned automatically. All access details, including cPanel credentials, server IP, and nameservers, will be sent to your registered email address.
For payments made via Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, UPI, or PayPal (where automatic provisioning is capable), services are typically activated instantly upon successful payment confirmation by our payment gateway. You will get immediate access to your hosting account.
If you choose to pay via direct Bank Transfer (NEFT/IMPS) or manual UPI payments directly to our bank account, your order will be delivered and activated manually once the funds are credited and verified in our account. This process usually takes 1 to 24 hours.
In accordance with our KYC Enforcement Policy, if your KYC is not completed or if it requires manual review, the delivery and activation of your service may be delayed until the KYC process is successfully completed and approved.
